Executive and Senior Vice Presidents
For executives with responsibilities to the organization and the board of directors, this 6-month coaching program includes the following:
- One 90-min personal/organization alignment session with pre-work
- One relationship strategy session
- Two 360-degree Feedback Assessments with debriefs
- One behavioral style assessment (Optional)
- Eight 50-min OR Six 90-min coaching sessions
- Three 3-way meetings with executive’s leader (optional if engagement is not corporate sponsored)
- Initial Goal Setting and Leader Support Specifications
- Mid-way progress
- Final outcomes
- Meeting Observation with 50-min feedback, up to two sessions can be exchanged for coaching sessions
