This six-month coaching program offers support and guidance for people looking to move up the corporate ladder, change functions within an organization OR, change industries all together. The program is customized to focus on your specific career development goals and includes:
- Eight 50-min coaching sessions
- Resume and Linked In profile review
- As-needed Interview Role Play
- As-needed total compensation negotiation support
Mentor Coaching (One-on-One and Group)

Irene Nizzero, PCC and I created the Group Mentor Coaching program to support ACC and PCC credentialed coaches with ICF Core Competency proficiency. Participants of the program experience interactive learning sessions and practicum style coaching practice.
