Preparation for each call – forethought of what you would like to focus on during the coaching call.

Coaching call – Focus on specific topics or areas that you would like to grow or achieve success in.

Homework – Follow up on action items agreed to in the coaching call.

How is business or executive coaching different from personal or life coaching?

Business and Executive coaching focuses on the client as a business owner or executive, with growth and development in areas such as: becoming a better leader, developing effective strategies for success with team and clients, improving the bottom line, improve work-life balance, conflict resolution, getting the most from team performance, etc.

Personal and life coaching focuses on areas of life in which a client would like to make significant growth or progress such as: improving communication with loved ones, managing / improving health, stress management, and finding your life calling to have a bigger impact on the world.
